Boyner faced a challenge of crafting a more efficient and sustainable long term brand awareness growth strategy in an increasingly competitive market. Their aim was to boost visibility while receiving a return on ad spend (ROAS).
At Opportune, we devised a strategy that integrated Google Analytics 4 predictive audiences with creative testing. Swift implementation and result monitoring equipped Boyner with insights on assessing campaign efficacy and enhancing business outcomes. While testing predictive audiences in the Video Action Campaign (VAC), we compared both online sales and store visits to VAC campaigns that didn’t utilize predictive audiences.
By harnessing Google Analytics 4 predictive audiences, Boyner sustained a 3X store visit and 11.5 ROAS for VAC, hence marking a 15X elevation compared to VAC campaigns in the same period without predictive audiences. This outcome was the highest ROAS Boyner achieved with a YouTube campaign. Pleased to witness higher sales and a greater store visit rate for a lower campaign cost, Boyner is scaling predictive audiences to other campaigns.
