In collaboration with the media agency, we developed a more future focused strategy for Beymen. With the predictive audience feature of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), we segmented the recent website visitors based on their likelihood to convert or drop out in the near future. Those with the highest probability of conversion were fed into Display & Video 360 (DV360) as remarketing audiences, and we tested this new approach against previously used data.
Over a period of six weeks, using the predictive audience feature, we achieved a significant 60% increase in post click conversions compared to other app, web, and CRM based 1P targeting. By leveraging advanced machine learning algorithms, our innovative solution allowed the team to focus on consumers with a higher likelihood of conversion. This resulted in a 50% reduction in CPA and reduced the time spent on manual audience optimizations. Thus, we found the right way to approach our customers effectively.
