With this new feature added to Google Ads, you’re no longer limited to a single Destination URL. Using multiple Destination URLs, you can offer more options to your users.

This feature, which is only available for certain accounts for now, is enabled when your ad ranks at the top. It allows you to add other destinations than the destination URL address.
